We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Melissa Odabash. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your unworn items with original tags and hygiene seals intact within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, tags, and protective hygiene strips are securely attached.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
